Combine the white wine, ginger, salt, and butter in a pot with water
Let it come to a boil
Reduce heat, add the rice, and mix well
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until all liquid has been absorbed and the rice is tender
Mix with a fork just before serving
Serve in 4 portions.
