3 bunches of lettuce
1/2 cup of escarole
1/2 cup of arugula
1 xicara of thin slices of salami (approximately 250g)
Cut the lettuce and escarole into small pieces, and together with the arugula and salami, place them in a salad bowl and mix lightly with the following dressing:
6 tablespoons of crumbled Roquefort cheese
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup of wine vinegar
1/4 cup of lemon juice
4 fillets of anchovies, well chopped
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 xicaras of salad oil

Mix all the ingredients
Add the salad oil lastly
Bate the mixture well until everything is well combined
Bate or agitate before serving.
