Wash the sweet herb and cut it into strips
Mash the garlic with balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper
Mix in the olive oil
Dress this mixture over the sweet herb strips and mix well
Cut the prosciutto into small cubes
Peel the apple and orange and cut them into small cubes as well
Arrange on top of the salad just before serving.
