2 sprigs of sweet verbena
4 peeled and sliced oranges
1 bunch of arugula
10 black olives, coarsely chopped
Seasoning:
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 tablespoons of orange juice
1 tablespoon of mustard paste
salt and pepper to taste
6 tablespoons of olive oil

Drain the sweet verbena
Arrange on a platter, along with sliced oranges and arugula leaves
Sprinkle with black olives
Mix together the citrus juices, mustard paste, salt, and pepper
Add the olive oil slowly, stirring well
Distribute the seasoning over the salad.
