2 fillets of smoked salmon

2 tablespoons of herb mix (containing thyme, oregano, basil, cumin, and coriander)

Chop the herbs and seasonings
Mix with lemon juice and olive oil, then add the natural yogurt
Cook the asparagus without the white parts, in water and salt
Pan-fry the smoked salmon with salt and pepper
Add the cold sauce on top of the fish and serve alongside the asparagus.
