Dip the fish pieces into that mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs on both sides, removing any excess

Cover with a proper lid or plastic wrap, leaving an opening, and microwave at high power for 4 minutes
In a blender, beat the garlic, lemon juice, onion, and egg
Add the olive oil slowly, letting it drizzle in while continuing to blend until you get a thick mixture
Pour it over the fish and microwave at high power for an additional minute without covering
Let it rest for 10 minutes
