For the pea puree:
3 tablespoons soybean oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
black pepper to taste
1 can (300g) of asparagus tips
4 thin slices of bread
8 slices (240g) of cooked ham
4 slices (20g each) of fresh Minas cheese, cut in diagonal
For the pea puree:
3 tablespoons soybean oil

Mix the ingredients for low-calorie salad dressing (about 1/4 cup)
Add onion and black pepper to taste
Spread over asparagus
Refrigerate overnight or for a few hours
Remove asparagus with a spatula
Spread a little of the pea puree on each bread slice
Cover with 2 slices of ham and spread more pea puree
Garnish each roll-up with 4 asparagus tips and bake for 4 minutes
Cover with cheese slices and bake for an additional minute, or until cheese is melted
Dish out into 4 portions
