2 cups cooked and drained white beans
1/2 cup olive oil
5 black olives, pitted and chopped
5 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Malagueta peppers
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 red pepper, seeded and chopped, salt, black pepper, and vinegar to taste
For garnish
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped

Diced salsa, to taste

1 In a salad bowl, combine the white beans, green pepper, black olives, onion, and half of the tomato
Season with salt and black pepper, and reserve
2 Clean the red pepper and cut it into pieces
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the remaining tomato, garlic, red pepper, and Malagueta peppers until tender
Blend in a blender and strain through a sieve
3 Transfer to a bowl and gradually add the vinegar, stirring constantly to achieve a creamy dressing
Add to the white beans and garnish with eggs, tomato, olives, and salsa
Serve immediately.
