1 cup of cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 cup of young radish leaves (small leaves)

3 tablespoons of chopped green scallions

Combine all the ingredients and season with salt in a bowl
Serve immediately
To prepare ahead of time, combine all the ingredients except for the radish leaves the night before
Just before serving, add the radish leaves.
