Cup and 1/4 of oats

In a bowl, mix together the oats, sesame seeds, sunflower seed, cinnamon, and salt. Reserve
In another bowl, combine the apple sauce, orange juice, grated orange peel, honey, molasses, and brown sugar
Add the reserved dry ingredients and mix until a paste forms
Spread it in a greased baking dish or one lined with parchment paper
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or until lightly golden
Add the dried pineapple and mix, breaking up any large pieces
Continue baking for another 8 minutes or until crispy
Let it cool completely before serving
