1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup chopped Swiss chard
1/2 cup sliced garlic
2 tomatoes, cut into quarters
2 stalks of celery, cut into small pieces
6 radishes, cut into thin slices
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 green pepper, cut into thin slices
1/4 cup French vinaigrette (vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard)
