Remove the pulp from the oranges with a knife, forming four quarters with the hollowed-out orange shells
Cut the pulp into small pieces and reserve
Peel the kiwi and reserve
Dress the kiwi with lemon juice
Fill the orange shell halves with the reserved pulp, kiwi slices, grated carrot, and radish slices (reserve a little of each ingredient for garnishing)
