1/4 cup of olive oil

300g of cherry tomatoes, halved
5 sweet pears
2 bunches of American lettuce
1 ripe avocado
1 handful of grapes
Dressing
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of vinegar
2 tablespoons of mustard
2 teaspoons of salt

Preheat the oven to high temperature
Open and rough-cut the pears
Place them in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes or until caramelized, then reserve
Set aside
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil and zest
Add the pear mixture and stir, then set aside
Cut the avocado into cubes and reserve
Wash the lettuce and grapes well
In a salad bowl or platter, arrange the lettuce and grapes, and top with the caramelized pears, cherry tomatoes, and toasted pear.
