Wash the radishes thoroughly under running water using a dedicated kitchen scrubber
Cut off the top quarter of each radish with a sharp knife
Using a coffee spoon, carefully remove the pulp from each radish without puncturing it
Finely chop the removed pulp and place it in a bowl
Add the tuna, onion, olives, salt, and parsley
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
Combine the mayonnaise with the other ingredients and mix well
Adjust seasoning as necessary
Arrange fresh greens on a serving plate, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt
Arrange the radishes on top and serve immediately.
