1 small smoked chicken (1 kg)
1 bunch of radicchio (700 g) washed and trimmed
1 medium-sized mango (300 g), pit removed, cut into cubes
For the dressing
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup water (80 ml)
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
1/2 teaspoon salt

Remove the skin from the chicken and bone it out
Cut into pieces and set aside
Distribute the radicchio among four individual plates
Top with the chicken and mango
Set aside
Prepare the dressing: in a bowl, beat all the ingredients with a manual whisk (chicote)
Drizzle the salad with the dressing and serve immediately
