1 can of green asparagus (265 g) or palmito cut into slices
1 jar of white onions in brine (110g)
500 g of pickled vegetables or other type cut into cubes
1 jar of cucumber in brine, diced (110 g)
For the dressing:
6 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 cup of natural yogurt
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
a pinch of sugar
chopped fresh parsley
diced green onion

Drain the asparagus or palmito and white onions well
Combine all ingredients in a bowl
Prepare the dressing: mix all ingredients together, pour over the salad and let it sit for a bit to allow the flavors to meld
Serve 4 portions.
