2 cooked lobster claws
1/2 package of small elbow macaroni
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup of chopped green onion
1/4 cup of chopped parsley

Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks
Dice the whites
Cook the macaroni and drain
Rinse with cold water
Mix the macaroni with the diced whites
Combine the cream of mushroom soup with the chopped green onion and parsley
Add to the macaroni mixture
Next, add the lobster meat cut into small pieces
Arrange in a bowl
Sprinkle with the reserved yolks
