4 green apples

2 cups (handful) of mixed white and black raisins
2 cups of natural yogurt
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Wash the apples thoroughly and remove the cores
Leave the skins on and cut into thin slices
Drizzle the lemon juice over the slices and place in a salad bowl
Add the raisins and reserve
Mix the yogurt with the parsley and season with salt
Dress the apples with the yogurt mixture and serve immediately.
