For the dressing
1 cup of fresh cream (240 ml)
2 tablespoons of prepared mustard

1 tablespoon of sugar
10 slices of white bread (800 g), cut into thin strips
1 cup of white raisins (170 g)
2 cups of chopped fresh parsley (90 g)

In a bowl, mix the apples with the lime juice and reserve
Prepare the dressing: in a blender, blend the cream until it becomes firm peaks
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
Drain the apple mixture and add the liquid to the dressing
Mix well and reserve
In a salad bowl, mix the bread with the raisins
On top, distribute the apples and cover with parsley
Serve with the dressing on the side
