2 chicken bouillon tablets
1 cup of boiling water
2 cups of tomato juice
1 finely chopped onion
1 cup of minced salted butter
1 green pepper finely chopped
1 teaspoon of salt
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
a few drops of hot sauce
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley and chives
1/2 cucumber, peeled
2 ripe tomatoes, skinned

Dissolve the chicken bouillon tablets in boiling water
Let it cool down a bit
Add the tomato juice, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic
Cut the garlic clove in half and insert a toothpick into each half
Stir in the mixture
Cover and refrigerate for a few hours
About 30 minutes before serving, remove the garlic and add the remaining ingredients
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
Place 2 ice cubes in each bowl and serve.
