1/2 kg of beans
3 cups of water
2 tablespoons of salt
3 tablespoons of butter
2 large onions, finely chopped
1/2 kg of ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of cumin
5 or 6 eggs
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 kg of beans

Wash, clean and cut the beans in half
Boil in 3 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of salt for 25 minutes, or until tender
Fry the onion and beef in butter for 15 minutes
Drain the beans and add to the meat mixture
Let it cook for a few minutes
Add half of the salt, pepper, cumin, and nutmeg
Beat the eggs slightly and mix with the remaining spices
Mix well
Pour over the meat and beans
Add lemon juice and mix well
Grease a tart pan
Put the mixture in the pan and bake in a moderate oven, preheated, for approximately 25 minutes.
