Place the pizza crust in a baking dish
In a pan, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat
Add the onions and cook until they are translucent, stirring occasionally
While the onions are cooking, beat the egg with cream in a bowl
Combine the cooked onions, grated Parmesan cheese, and beaten egg mixture
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Spread the onion mixture evenly over the pizza crust and place it in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes
Remove from the oven and garnish with black olives
Serve hot.
