1 minced garlic clove
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of yogurt
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of fresh dill, chopped or coriander
250g of fusilli pasta
6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
Salt to taste

In a large bowl, mash the anchovies, add the garlic and 1 pinch of salt
Add the mayonnaise, yogurt, onion, parsley, and dill
Set aside
Cook the fusilli pasta in plenty of boiling water with salt until al dente
Drain and rinse under cold water
Drain again and mix with the reserved dressing
Add the tomatoes and serve
