2 cups (chopped) of broccoli
1/4 cup (chopped) of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup (chopped) of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of fresh ginger, chopped
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1/2 cup (chopped) of green onions
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
2/3 cup (chopped) of fresh tomatoes, seeds removed
500 grams of penne pasta
2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds
2 cups (chopped) of broccoli

Cook the broccoli in boiling water with salt until tender but still firm
Drain and reserve
Mix together the apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, green onions, and olive oil
Stir well and pour over the cooked broccoli
Add the tomatoes and stir gently. Reserve
Cook the penne pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions
Drain and rinse under cold running water
Combine the pasta with the broccoli mixture and stir gently
Just before serving, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
