Cut the melons in half and remove the seeds
Use a spoon to scoop out the fruit pulp carefully, taking care not to puncture the skin
Reserve the pulp in a bowl and separate the skins
Drain the cherries and let them sit for 5 minutes on a strainer
Transfer the cherries and grapes to the bowl with the honey and reserve
Mix the chilled whipped cream with mayonnaise and drizzle over the fruit
Stir gently until all parts are coated with cream
Serve chilled in a bowl with ice
