Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut them into wedges or halves, place on a plate, sprinkle with salt and let drain for 30 minutes
Peel the garlic and mince, slice the onions without peels into thin slices, combine everything in a bowl with olive oil, red wine vinegar, one pinch of black pepper, and chopped fresh parsley
