In a bowl, combine wine, orange juice, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt, mixing well with a hand mixer
Add the dressing to the avocado and mix well
Drain the excess liquid from the vegetables and place them in a salad bowl
Set the dressing aside
Arrange the strawberries on top of the avocado, surround with orange segments and avocado slices
Serve immediately with the dressing on the side
