In a deep bowl, place the slices of cucumber previously seasoned with salt, add the grated ginger, Shiso leaves, and turnip greens
Arrange these ingredients in the center of the plate and around them, place the fresh oysters, sprinkling 3 drops of pepper sauce on each one
To make the sauce, mix the lemon juice with soy sauce
Dress the dish with the sauce and serve
