1 kg of codfish
1/2 kg of caramelized and golden onion in oil
1/2 kg of tomato slices
1/2 kg of cooked and diced potatoes
250 g of chicken broth cooked with the codfish (in its own water)
1 cup of olive oil

Fat-fried and golden garlic

Leave the codfish in brine for one night
Change the water and simmer
If it's too salty, change the water and simmer again
DRAIN and reserve the liquid to cook the chicken broth
Remove bones and skins, and cut into shreds
Grease a baking dish with olive oil and interleave the ingredients: codfish, potato, tomato, onion, chicken broth, olives, chilies, and garlic
Baste with olive oil and serve in the oven
Serve with white rice and salad.
