One can or jar of coconut
Two tablespoons (of soup) of pickles
Three stalks of finely chopped parsley
One small onion, thinly sliced into rings
One can of drained peas
Chopped lettuce
Mayonnaise

Drain the coconut and cut it into slices
Line a salad bowl with chopped lettuce
Mix the coconut, pickles, peas, and parsley
Moisten with mayonnaise
Arrange on top of the lettuce and garnish with onion rings
