4 zucchinis (about 1 kg) cut lengthwise and then in half
juice of 1 lime
to taste sea salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced

Cook the zucchinis, preferably by steaming
Place them on a platter
At this point, mix together lime juice and olive oil to taste, seasoned with salt
Pour it over the zucchinis
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and diced eggs
Serve warm or cold
