Cut the goat cheese into slices and grill them
Place the raca in a baking dish and arrange the goat cheese around it
Add the cherry tomatoes and hazelnuts
In a bowl, mix together the vinegar, olive oil, honey, and salt
Drizzle over the salad and serve.
