Peel and segment the tangerines, removing any seeds or membranes
Cut each segment in half and reserve
In a blender, blend together the yogurt, gorgonzola cheese, and a pinch of salt (if desired)
Pour the mixture over the fruit and stir
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving, and sprinkle with chopped scallion just before serving
