Clean the beans and cut them into 2 cm diagonal pieces, or so
Cook until tender
Drain and let cool
Mix with the remaining ingredients
Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours
You can also vary by using hard-boiled egg pieces instead of Parmesan cheese
