Directions

With the lettuce leaves, line the bottom and sides of the mold

Reserve some leaves to cover the salad

Layer alternating layers of shredded radicchio, onion, cheese, tomato, mozzarella, and ham

Close with more lettuce, wrap with plastic wrap, and refrigerate
