Lightly fry the peppers, remove the skin and seeds, and cut them into small cubes
Remove the skin and seeds from the tomatoes
Cut them into small cubes
Chop the parsley and onion as finely as possible
Squeeze the lime juice and strain the pulp
Combine the tomatoes, peppers, parsley, onion, and salt in a large bowl
Add the olive oil, lime juice, and all spices
Let it rest for 20 minutes, check the seasoning before serving
