1/2 avocado, cut into slices

3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

In a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients
In a medium-sized bowl, combine both types of sprouts and add the dressing
Mix well
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour
In a salad bowl, arrange the lady fingers
Around it, place the salad and distribute the avocado slices and cherry tomatoes
Serve immediately.
