FOR THE DRESSING
1 cup of natural yogurt (240g)
1 cup of mayonnaise (200g)
4 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons of chopped green onions
1 tablespoon of salt or to taste

In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, cover with cold water and add salt
After 20 minutes, drain and reserve
In another bowl, mix together the lime juice and 2 cups of cold water
Add the grapes and citrus peel and let it sit for 20 minutes to marinate
Drain and combine with the cucumber in a large salad bowl
PREPARE THE DRESSING: Mix all dressing ingredients well
Whisk with a fork and pour over the salad
Mix slowly
Serve chilled
