Prepare a common salad dressing with olive oil, vinegar, black pepper, and finely chopped onion
Add one hard-boiled egg that's been mashed with a fork
With this dressing, season the mixed legumes, cut into small pieces
Let it sit for about an hour
Arrange each individual plate with 3 or 4 lettuce leaves or a sprig of chopped lettuce
Flood a cup (the kind from china) with the mixed salad, press it slightly to take the shape of the cup, and flip it over onto the lettuce
Arrange around, in a vertical sense, six thin tomato slices
Top it off with a slice of hard-boiled egg
