5 green radishes with skins
1 small red onion
1 Japanese cucumber
12 cherry tomatoes
1 can of green corn
Radicchio leaves
Dressing
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 minced garlic toothpick
Salt and black pepper to taste

Cut the radishes, onion, and cucumber into thin slices and quarter the cherry tomatoes
Rinse the green corn and clean the radicchio leaves well
In a salad bowl, combine the radish, onion, cucumber, tomato, corn, and radicchio
Dressing
In a dressing bottle, mix the olive oil, mustard, vinegar, garlic, salt, and black pepper
Serve the salad with the dressing
Season just before serving.
