3 bunches of mixed greens (1 red, 1 curly, and 1 romaine)
1 handful of arugula
1 small container of bright red strawberries without stems
For the vinaigrette
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
1 teaspoon of salt
Juice from 2 lemons

In a large salad bowl, arrange the mixed greens and arugula in layers
Top with strawberries and set aside
Prepare the vinaigrette
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients and let it rest for at least an hour or until serving time
