1 can of corn
1/2 cup of chopped salted fish
1 bouillon cube, crushed
1 bottle of 60g of sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tomato cut into thin slices

In a pot, combine the corn, salted fish, bouillon cube, and 1/3 cup of water
Bring to a boil and then let it simmer
Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender
Add the mushrooms and tomatoes
Wash well
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve
Serves 6 portions.
