Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons grated ginger
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sweet pepper sauce (found in Oriental stores)
Salt to taste
Tofu
1/2 cup Japanese cucumber, finely chopped
1/4 cup diced tomato
1/2 teaspoon green pepper, seeded and finely chopped
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 firm tofu block (400g) cut into cubes
Hot Sauce

1/2 cup Japanese cucumber, finely chopped
1/4 cup diced tomato
1/2 teaspoon green pepper, seeded and finely chopped
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Combine all ingredients and reserve
Tofu
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the tofu
Add the tofu and reserved hot sauce mixture, stirring carefully
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving
