1/2 kg of tuna cut into large chunks
2 spoons of lime juice
salt to taste
3 cooked potatoes cut into chunks
1 cooked carrot diced
2 mangoes with skin cut into cubes
arugula leaves
Dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 spoon honey
1/2 spoon mustard
salt to taste
1 spoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 kg of tuna cut into large chunks

Season the tuna with lime juice and salt
Cook in steam and let it cool down
Place potatoes, carrot, mango, and arugula into a bowl and add the cold tuna and leaves
Serve with dressing
For the dressing: mix all ingredients together
Let it sit for 6 hours.
