Dough
1 cup of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 cup of butter
1 egg
Filling
2 cloves of garlic (white part)
1 tablespoon of margarine
2 eggs
3 yolks
1 cup of milk
1 cup of heavy cream
Salt, black pepper, and nutmeg to taste
Dough

Mix the flour with salt and baking powder
Add the butter cut into pieces, until it forms a thick dough
Add the egg, which will form a ball and not stick to your hands
Wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes
Remove from refrigerator and line the bottom and sides of a tart pan
Cover with beans and bake in a medium oven for 25 minutes, approximately
Remove the beans and let it cool down
Filling: slice the garlic and chives and sauté them in margarine
Season with salt and black pepper and set aside
Mix the eggs with yolks
Add milk and heavy cream
Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg and set aside
Spread the garlic and chive mixture over the dough and pour in the egg mixture
Bake in a medium oven.
