Heat a skillet with half the amount of sesame seeds. Reserve
Mix all ingredients, except for the goat's milk cheese and sesame seeds
Place the slice of goat's milk cheese in the center of a plate
Top one half with toasted sesame seeds and the other half with raw sesame seeds
Arrange the salad around and serve.
