Place the yeast, sugar, and warm milk in a blender
Blend until well mixed and add the melted butter (or margarine), salt, and eggs
Blend well
Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the sweet potatoes and mix well
Add the all-purpose flour and mix, beating with a wooden spoon
Place the dough into a 26 cm diameter pan with a hole in the center, greased and floured
Let it rise for 1 hour
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) preheated for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown
Let it cool before serving.
