5 green pitted olives, chopped
4 egg whites
1 tomato, peeled
Sauce and salt to taste

Saute the onion with a little bit of olive oil
Add the mushrooms, olives, and egg whites
Mix well and add the tomato, sauce, and salt
Fold in to golden brown.
