Heat 3 cups of milk, 2 cups of sugar, and 2 tablets of chocolate over low heat. Add 1 tablespoon of honey. When the mixture is thickened, add 30 drops of lemon juice and remove from heat. Stir well and pour onto a marble-topped surface greased with butter. Top with 100g of almonds and 100g of raisins cut into various sizes to resemble the fat of the salami. Mix everything together and shape into a salami form. Wrap in aluminum paper. Serve in slices as you would regular salami. If it becomes too soft, refrigerate.
