Place banana slices in a bowl with lime juice. Reserve
Cut each slice of bread into a 5 cm diameter circle using a cookie cutter
Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until lightly golden brown
Mix butter and gorgonzola cheese together until smooth
Spread the cheese mixture onto the banana slices and top with an additional slice of banana
Garnish with fresh parsley or bell pepper pieces
